Why does God allow good things to happen to bad people?

1:1 In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

3:178 And let not think those who disbelieved that We give respite to them is good for themselves. We only give respite to them so that they may increase in sins, and for them is a humiliating punishment.

64:15 Your wealth and your children are only a trial, and with Allah is a great reward.

10:88 And Moses said, "Our Lord, indeed, You have given Pharaoh and his chiefs splendor and wealth in the worldly life. Our Lord, that they may lead astray from Your way. Our Lord, destroy their wealth and harden their hearts, so that they do not believe until they see the painful punishment."

28:76 Indeed, Qarun was from the people of Moses, but he oppressed them. And We gave him treasures which indeed the keys of it would burden a company (of men) possessors of great strength. When his people said to him, "Do not exult. Indeed, Allah does not love the exultant.

28:79 So he went forth to his people in his adornment. Those who desire the life of the world said, "O, would that for us the like of what has been given to Qarun. Indeed, he is the owner of great fortune." 28:80 But those who were given the knowledge said, "Woe to you, the reward of Allah is better for (he) who believes and does righteous (deeds). And it is not granted except to the patient ones."

3:116 Indeed, those who disbelieved, never will their wealth and their children avail them against Allah in anything, and those are the companions of the Fire, they (will) abide therein forever.

6:129 And thus We make some (of) the wrongdoers friends (of) others for/(because of) what they used to earn.

40:82 Do they not travel through the land and see how was the end of those who were before them? They were more numerous than them and mightier in strength and impressions on the land, but what they use to earn did not avail them.

7:182 But those who denied Our Signs, We will gradually lead them from where they do not know. 7:183 And I will give respite to them. Indeed, My plan is firm.

57:20 Know that the life of the world is play and amusement and adornment and boasting among you and competition in increase of wealth and children, like the example of a rain, its growth pleases the tillers; then it dries and you see it turning yellow; then (it) becomes debris. And in the Hereafter is a severe punishment and forgiveness from Allah and Pleasure. But the life of the world is not except the enjoyment of delusion.

13:26 Allah extends the provision for whom He wills and restricts. And they rejoice in the life of the world, and nothing is the life of the world in (comparison to) the Hereafter, except an enjoyment.

58:8 Do you not see those who were forbidden from secret counsels, then they return to that which they were forbidden from, and they hold secret counsels for sin and aggression and disobedience to the Messenger? And when they come to you, they greet you with what Allah does not greet you, and they say among themselves, "Why does Allah not punish us for what we say?" Sufficient for them is Hell, they will burn in it, and worst is the destination.

2:212 Beautified is the life of the world for those who disbelieve, and they ridicule those who believe. And those who fear, (they will be) above them on the Day of Resurrection. And Allah provides whom He wills without measure.

14:42 And (do) not think (that) Allah (is) unaware of what the wrongdoers do. He only gives them respite to/(till) a Day in it/(when) the eyes will stare. … 14:44 And warn mankind (of) a Day (when) the punishment will come to them, then those who did wrong will say, "Our Lord, (give) us respite for a short term; we will answer Your call and we will follow the Messengers." "Had you not sworn before, (that) for you (there would be) no end?
