Can
Muslims say Salam (Peace) to Non-Muslims?
20:47
So go to him and say, "Indeed, we both are Messengers of your
Lord, so send the Children of Israel with us, and do not torment
them. Verily, we came to you with a Sign from your Lord. And peace
upon (one) who follows the Guidance.
28:55
And when they hear vain talk, they turn away from it and say, "For
us are our deeds and for you are your
deeds. Peace be on you; we do not seek the ignorant."
25:63
And the slaves of the Most Gracious are those who walk on the earth
in humbleness, and when the ignorant ones address
them, they say, "Peace."

And his saying, "O my Lord, indeed, these are a people
(who do) not believe." 43:89 So turn away from them
and say, "Peace." But soon they will know.

And when you are greeted with a greeting, greet with one better
than it or return it. Indeed, Allah is of every thing an

When they entered upon him and said, "Peace." He said,
"Peace, a people unknown."

He said, "Do you hate my gods, O Abraham? Surely, if you do
not desist, I will surely stone you, so leave me
for a prolonged time." 19:47 He said, "Peace be on
you. I will ask forgiveness for you from my Lord. Indeed, He is
Ever Gracious to me.
