Can a Muslim marry a woman motivated solely by her beauty?

33:52 It is not lawful for you (to marry) women after (this), nor to exchange them for (other) wives, even if their beauty pleases you, except those whom you rightfully possess. And Allah is an Observer over all things.

2:221 And do not marry polytheistic women until they believe. And a believing bondwoman is better than a polytheistic woman, even if she pleases you. And do not give in marriage to polytheistic men until they believe, and a believing bondman is better than a polytheistic man, even if he pleases you. They invite to the Fire, and Allah invites to Paradise and forgiveness by His permission. And He makes clear His Verses for people so that they may take heed.

(In Islam, you cannot marry someone solely motivated by her beauty. In regard to Christianity and Judaism, Ecclesiasticus / Sirach 36:18 says, “the stomach takes in all kinds of food, but some foods are better than others”; Ecclesiasticus / Sirach 36:22-23, “a woman’s beauty delights the beholder, a man likes nothing better. If her tongue is kind and gentle, her husband is the happiest of men”. So, according to the Bible there is “nothing better” than woman’s beauty, in addition, if she talks kindly, even happier. 24:3 The fornicator (will) not marry except a fornicatress, or a polytheist woman, and the fornicatress - (will) not marry except a fornicator or a polytheist man. And that is forbidden to the believers.

60:10 O you who believe, when the believing women come to you as emigrants, then examine them. Allah is most knowing of their faith. And if you know them to be believers, then do not return them to the disbelievers. They are not lawful for them, nor are they lawful for them. But give them what they have spent. And there is no blame upon you if you marry them when you have given them their (bridal) dues. And do not hold to marriage bonds with disbelieving women, but ask for what you have spent, and let them ask for what they have spent. That is the Judgment of Allah. He judges between you. And Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.

24:33 And let those who do not find marriage be chaste/refrain until Allah enriches them of His Bounty. And those who seek the writing from among whom your right hands possess, give them the writing if you know any good in them, and give them from the wealth of Allah, which He has given you. And do not compel your slave girls to prostitution, if they desire chastity, to seek temporary gain of the life of the world. And whoever compels them, then indeed, Allah is, after their compulsion, Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

24:32 And marry the single among you and the righteous among your male slaves, and your female slaves. If they are poor, Allah will enrich them from His Bounty. And Allah is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing.
