Who controls the world?

13:42 And certainly plotted those who were before them, but for Allah is the plot entirely. He knows what every soul earns, and the disbelievers will know for whom is the final home.

52:42 Or do they intend a plot? But those who disbelieve are themselves the plot.

8:30 And when those who disbelieved plotted against you to restrain you or kill you or drive you out. And they were planning and Allah was planning. And Allah is the Best of Planners.

3:178 And let not think those who disbelieved that We give respite to them is good for themselves. We only give respite to them so that they may increase in sins, and for them is a humiliating punishment.

2:14 And when they meet those who believe, they say, "We believe." But when they are alone with their evil ones, they say, "Indeed, we are with you, we are only mockers." 2:15 Allah mocks at them, and prolongs them in their transgression, they wander blindly.

45:24 And they say, "There is nothing but our worldly life, we die and we live, and nothing destroys us except time." And they have no knowledge of that; they only guess.

(“Time”, “chaos” or “nature” are unable to give life, cause death or choose)(Allah knows best)

28:68 And your Lord creates what He wills and chooses. They do not have the choice. Glory be to Allah and High is He above what they associate.

3:2 Allah - there is no God except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of all that exists.

10:56 He gives life and causes death, and to Him you will be returned.

8:17 And you did not kill them, but Allah killed them. And you threw not when you threw, but Allah threw and that He may test the believers with a good trial from Him. Indeed, Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.

37:95 He said, "Do you worship that which you carve 37:96 While Allah created you and that which you do?"

(The Verse does not mean that God made you an idol in the creation (37:95), but people wrongly took His creation (e.g. a stone) and carved it to make an idol, but the carved thing is still creation, not a deity)(Allah knows best)

30:54 Allah is the One Who created you from weakness, then made after weakness strength, then made after strength weakness and gray hair. He creates what He wills, and He is the All-Knower, the All-Powerful.

13:11 For him are successive before and behind him who protect him by the Command of Allah . Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves. And when Allah intends for a people misfortune, there is no turning away of it. And there is not for them besides Him any protector.

51:56 And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me.

2:11 And when it is said to them, "Do not spread corruption on the earth," they say, "We are only reformers." 2:12 Indeed, they are the ones who spread corruption, but they do not realize (it).

2:13 And when it is said to them, "Believe as the people believed," they say, "Should we believe as the fools believed?" Indeed, certainly they themselves are the fools, but they do not know.

3:154 Then He sent down on you, after the distress, security - slumber overcoming a group of you, while another group certainly worried about themselves, thinking about Allah other than the truth - the thought of ignorance, saying, "Is there anything for us from the matter?" Say, "Indeed all the matter of it is for Allah." They hide in themselves what they do not reveal to you. They say, "If there was anything for us from the matter we would not have been killed here." Say, "If you were in your houses, those on whom death was decreed would have surely come out to their places of death. And that Allah might test what is in your breasts and that He may purge what is in your hearts. And Allah is All-Aware of what is in the breasts.

56:60 We have decreed death among you and We are not to be outrun,

39:44 Say, "To Allah (belongs) all intercession. For Him is the dominion of the heavens and the earth. Then to Him you will be returned."

(According to Verse 10:3 “There is no intercessor except after His permission”. So, for example, if Angels are sent down to someone (16:2), it is God’s Command, so the Angel did not decide it)(Allah knows best)

6:64 Say, "Allah saves you from it and from every distress, yet you associate partners." 6:65 Say, "He is All-Capable to send upon you punishment from above you or from beneath your feet or to confuse you into sects and make some of you taste the violence of one another." See how We explain the Signs so that they may understand.

4:78 Wherever you (may) be, death will overtake you even if you are in lofty towers. And if any good befalls them, they say, "This is from Allah," And if any evil befalls them, they say, "This is from you." Say, "All is from Allah." So what (is wrong) (with) these people, they do not seem to understand any statement. 4:79 What(ever) good befalls you is from Allah, and whatever evil befalls you is from yourself. And We have sent you for the people as a Messenger, and Allah is sufficient as a Witness.

(Everything happens by Allah’s permission (58:10), that’s why “all is from Allah” (4:78). On the other hand, evil befalls people because of themselves (4:79)(e.g. they follow the footsteps of Satan (2:168))(Allah knows best)

16:79 Do they not see the birds controlled in the midst of the sky? None holds them except Allah. Indeed, in that are Signs for a people who believe.

30:48 Allah is the One Who sends the winds, so they raise the clouds, then He spreads them in the sky how He wills, and He makes them fragments so you see the rain coming forth from their midst. Then when He causes it to fall upon whom He wills of His slaves, behold, they rejoice.

50:9 And We have sent down blessed water from the sky, then We caused to grow thereby gardens and grain for the harvest,

61:5 And when Moses said to his people, "O my people, why do you hurt me while you certainly know that I am the Messenger of Allah to you?" Then when they deviated, Allah caused their hearts to deviate. And Allah does not guide the defiantly disobedient people.

(Firstly they deviated, so people have free will)(Allah knows best)

76:29 Indeed, this is a reminder, so whoever wills, let him take a way to his Lord. 76:30 And you do not will except that Allah wills. Indeed, Allah is All-Knower, All-Wise.

10:99 And if your Lord had willed, those who are on the earth all of them would surely have believed. Then, will you compel mankind until they become believers? 10:100 And it is not for a soul to believe except by the permission of Allah. And He will place the wrath on those who do not use reason.

(People believe by the permission of God (10:100), because things happens by His permission (58:10, 22:65). On the other hand, if God had willed, everybody would have believed (10:99), but, according to the context, they are not to be compelled (10:99), because there is free will. so many people are other than believers)(Another point is that everybody would have believed, but God does not will to guide the wrongdoing people (61:5, 3:86))(Allah knows best)

3:27 You cause the night to enter the day and You cause the day to enter the night, and You bring forth the living from the dead, and You bring forth the dead from the living, and You give provision to whom You will without measure."

22:65 Do you not see that Allah has subjected to you what is in the earth, and the ships that sail through the sea by His Command? And He withholds the sky lest it falls on the earth except by His permission. Indeed, Allah is Full of Kindness, Most Merciful to mankind.

4:84 So fight in the way of Allah; you are not responsible except for yourself. And encourage the believers, perhaps Allah will restrain the might of those who disbelieved. And Allah is Stronger (in) Might and Stronger (in) punishment.

30:37 Do they not see that Allah extends the provision for whom He wills and straitens (it). Indeed, in that are surely Signs for a people who believe.

17:30 Indeed, your Lord extends provision for whom He wills, and straitens. Indeed, He is All-Aware, All-Seer of His slaves.

10:24 The example of the life of the world is only like water which We sent down from the sky, so the plants of the earth absorbs it, from which the men and the cattle eat, until when the earth takes its adornment and is beautified and its people think that they have the power over it, there comes to it Our command by night or by day, and We make it a harvest clean-mown, as if it had not flourished yesterday. Thus We explain the Signs for a people who reflect.

22:53 That He may make that which Satan throws a trial for those in whose hearts is a disease, and those whose hearts are hardened. And indeed, the wrongdoers are surely in a schism far.

(Satan throws it for a purpose, to fill Hell with jinn and men (11:119). So, God makes it a trial for bad people)(Allah knows best)

38:82 He said, "Then by Your might I will surely mislead them all. 38:83 Except Your chosen slaves among them." 38:84 He said, "The truth, and the truth I say – 38:85 I will surely fill Hell with you and those who follow you among them all together."

(The prediction of filling Hell with men (38:85) does not imply that mankind has not free will, but, on the contrary, it implies free will; so mankind is able to make mistakes, and they are the ones to be blamed)(Allah knows best)

14:22 And Satan will say, when the matter has been decided, "Indeed, Allah promised you a promise of truth. And I promised you, but I betrayed you. But I had no any authority over you except that I invited you, and you responded to me. So do not blame me, but blame yourselves. I (can)not be your helper, nor (can) you be my helper. Indeed, I deny your association of me before. Indeed, the wrongdoers, for them is a painful punishment."

58:10 Secret counsels are only from Satan, that he may grieve those who believe, but he cannot harm them in anything except by Allah's permission. And upon Allah let the believers put (their) trust.

24:21 O you who believe, do not follow the footsteps of Satan, and whoever follows the footsteps of Satan, then indeed, he commands immorality and evil. And if not (for the) Grace of Allah upon you and His Mercy, none of you (would) have ever been pure, but Allah purifies whom He wills. And Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower.

16:68 And your Lord inspired to the bee, "Take houses among the mountains, and among the trees, and in that which they construct. 16:69 Then eat from all the fruits and follow the ways of your Lord made smooth." Comes forth from their bellies a drink of varying colors, in it is a healing for mankind. Indeed, in that is surely a Sign for a people who reflect.

16:127 And be patient, and your patience (is) not but from Allah. And (do) not grieve over them and (do) not be in distress for what they plot.

57:22 No disaster strikes on the earth or within yourselves, but is in a Register before We bring it into existence. Indeed, that is easy for Allah.

59:2 He (is) the One Who expelled those who disbelieved from (the) People (of) the Scripture from their homes at (the) first gathering. You (did) not think that they would leave, and they thought that their fortresses would defend them against Allah. But Allah came to them from where they (had) not expected, and He cast [the] terror into their hearts, they destroyed their houses with their hands and the hands (of) the believers. So take a lesson, O those endowed with insight.

9:52 Say, "Do you await for us except one (of) the two best (things) while we await for you that Allah will afflict you with a punishment from [near] Him, or by our hands? So wait, indeed we, with you, (are) waiting."

6:112 And thus We made for every Prophet an enemy - devils from mankind and jinn, inspiring one another with decorative speech in deception. But if your Lord had willed, they would not have done it, so leave them and what they invent.

10:31 Say, "Who provides for you from the sky and the earth? Or who controls hearing and sight? And who brings the living out of the dead, and brings the dead out of the living? And who disposes the affairs?" Then they will say, "Allah." Then say, "Then will you not fear (Him)?"

8:63 And He (has) put affection between their hearts. If you (had) spent all what[ever]/(that) (is) in the earth, you could not (have) put affection between their hearts, but Allah (has) put affection between them. Indeed, He (is) All-Mighty, All-Wise.

53:43 And that He makes (one) laugh and makes (one) weep. 53:44 And that He [He] causes death and gives life.

30:21 And among His Signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquility in them; and He placed love and mercy between you. Indeed, in that are surely Signs for a people who reflect.

11:34 And my advice (will) not benefit you, (even) if I wish to [I] advise [to] you, if it was Allah's will to let you go astray. He (is) your Lord, and to Him you will be returned."

60:7 Perhaps Allah [that] will put, between you and [between] those (to) whom you have been enemies among them, love. And Allah (is) All-Powerful. And Allah (is) Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

35:40 Say, "Have you seen your partners [those] whom you call besides Allah?" Show Me what they have created from the earth, or for them/(have they) a share in the heavens. Or have We given them a Book so they (are) on a clear proof therefrom? Nay, the wrongdoers promise some of them (to) others/(each other) not/(nothing) except/(but) delusion. 35:41 Indeed, Allah upholds the heavens and the earth, lest they cease. And if they should cease, no one can uphold them after Him. Indeed, He is Most Forbearing, Oft-Forgiving.

28:41 And We made them leaders inviting to the Fire, and (on the) Day (of) [the] Resurrection they will not be helped.
