(The result is not a coincidence, but there was a purpose to make it so; the even results are 57, and the odd results are 57; and also, if someone was to add or subtract a verse, then an odd number would be even, or an even number would be odd, then the whole analysis in this article would be wrong)(Allah knows best)

(This analysis has been made with the “Hafs” Recitation. And the numbers match)(On the other hand, the same analysis has been made with “Warsh”, and the result is that when it is added each chapter’s number with its verses’ total, the sum of the odd results is 6,159, while the sum of chapters’ numbers is 6,555, so the numbers do not match)(And when it is added each chapter’s number with its verses’ total, the sum of the even results is 6,610, while the total number of verses in Warsh is 6,214, so the numbers do not match)(The conclusion is that Hafs is the correct one. Co-existing with other scriptures does not change the fact that the Qur’an has been preserved)(Allah knows best)

  2. Assalamu alikum dear my brother I think this is a miracle about which no question can be done but what i knew about numbering of quran that this is not done in the prophet life but in time of tabiee I seek answere

    1. Wa alaykum salam, If you mean the numbering of Verses and Chapters, then, it was done at the time of the Prophet. For example, the Birmingham Ancient Qur'an proves that Verses and Chapters were separated by marks at the time of the Prophet, because the radiocarbon analysis showed that there is a 95.4% chance that the parchment on which the Qur'an fragments were written can be dated sometime between the years 568 and 645CE. This means that the animal from which the skin was taken was living sometime between these dates. Furthermore, we know that the Prophet lived between 570 and 632 CE. Another evidence, Verse 15:87 says "And We have certainly given you seven of the often repeated". It refers to the seven Verses in Chapter 1, which are often repeated in the daily prayers.       Why is the Quran divided into verses? Are there chapters of the Quran that have been revealed in whole and at one time to the Prophet (pbuh)?

    Could you please help me in confirming the totals. I am getting different result than yours total when added the Sura index no. + verses no.
    For odds I am getting a total of 6280 and for Evens I am getting 6511.
    When I see your calculationss, I am a bit confused as for odds, the first element is 203 instead of 8 (Sura Fatheha). And The evens is starting with 8. I can attach the excel file with calcs. Could you please recheck and advise.

      The first odd number or element is 203, because 203 is an odd number and is also the first odd result (Surah+Verse=3+200=203), while Surah Al-Fatiha is the first Surah, but gives an even result (Surah+Verse=1+7=8), so number 8 is an even number, and is the first even result.
      In this calculation, a Surah's number (Surah 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.) does not indicate if a number is even or odd, but it is indicated by its result (Surah+Verse="result")

      Sorry, I only see one column. The numbers in that one column are correct, but if you sum the odd numbers in the column, and you sum the even numbers in the column, you get 6,555 and 6,236
