The Big Bang theory and the expansion of the universe in the Qur’an?

The Big Bang theory and the expansion of the universe in the Qur’an?

51:47 And We constructed the heaven with strength, and indeed, We are surely (its) Expanders.

(The Qur’an says in Verse 51:47 that God is the Expander of the heaven (aka universe))(The Big Bang theory is the prevailing cosmological model, which describes how the universe expanded (Source: article “Big Bang” in wikipedia))(And according to the article “Dark energy” in wikipedia, “Dark energy is the most accepted hypothesis to explain the observations since the 1990s indicating that the universe is expanding at an accelerating rate”)(Allah knows best)

41:11 Then He directed towards the heaven while it was smoke, and He said to it and to the earth, "Come both of you willingly or unwillingly." They both said, "We come willingly." 41:12 Then He completed them as seven heavens in two periods and He revealed in each heaven its affair. And We adorned the nearest heaven with lamps and to guard. That is the Decree of the All-Mighty, the All-Knower.

(Verse 41:11 uses the word “earth”, which, according to the context, refers to “matter” (“planet earth” had not come to existence yet))(And the word “smoke” in Verse 41:11 refers to “gas”, because both words are synonymous)(According to the article “Primordial gas clouds reveal glimpse of Big Bang’s aftermath” in “space(dot)com”, by “Denise Chow”, “Astronomers have found two clouds of gas that formed in the first few minutes after the Big Bang that created our universe, a new study reveals. This discovery is the first time these gas clouds have been detected and adds more support to what is already the most widely accepted theory of how our universe came to be, astronomers said. The primordial gas clouds were found to contain only the lightest elements that were created in the Big Bang. A few hundred million years later, clumps of these gas clouds condensed to form the first stars, which created and dispersed heavier elements throughout the universe”)(The Qur’an says that the heaven was smoke / gas (41:11). In regard to heaven and earth “coming” (41:11): in astrophysics, accretion is the accumulation (“coming”) of particles into a massive object by gravitationally attracting more matter, typically gaseous matter (“smoke”), in an accretion disk. Galaxies, stars, and planets, are formed by accretion processes (Source: the article “Accretion_(astrophysics)” in wikipedia))(Allah knows best)

21:30 Do not see those who disbelieved that the heavens and the earth were a joined entity, then We parted them and We made every living thing from water? Then will they not believe?

(Verse 21:30 uses the words “heavens” and “earth”; according to the context, “earth” is “matter”, and “heavens” is “space”)(Verse 21:30 says that “space” and “matter” were a joined entity, then they were parted. It is in accordance with science; according to the article “Big Bang theory for kids”, in “sciencing(dot)com”, by “Chris Deziel”, “Space and matter existed in a single point called a singularity; an infinitesimally small and dense point. The Big Bang was not literally and explosion – all we can really say is that it is the point at which space and time began to expand into the universe we know today”)(Another interpretation of the Verse is that the heavens (a joined entity) were parted into seven spaces, including its contents (matter), because the universe is composed of matter)(Another interpretation is that planet earth and the heavens were parted through oxygen. This interpretation might be supported by Verse 55:7 “And the heaven, He raised it, and He has set up the balance,”. The heaven was raised because the oxygen is produced on Earth by organisms. So, it goes in a upward direction. So, the earth had no oxygen, then the space without oxygen was raised / separated from earth, through the oxygen)(Allah knows best)
