Did God instruct Moses to do magic, yet magic is evil?

Did God instruct Moses to do magic, yet magic is evil?

20:65 They said, "O Moses, either you throw or we will be the first to throw?" 20:66 He said, "Nay, you throw." Then behold, their ropes and their staffs, by their magic, seemed to him that they were moving.

(The Qur’an does not say that Moses did magic, but tells that (only) Pharaoh and his people called it “magic” (10:76 and 20:57-58). Moses denied that what he performed was magic, “Moses said, “Do you say about the truth when it has come to you? Is this magic? But magicians will not succeed”(10:77))(Allah knows best)

113:4 And from the evil of the blowers in the knots,

26:45 Then Moses threw his staff, and behold, it swallowed what they falsified. 26:46 Then the magicians fell down prostrate.

(Magic is the creation of illusions, so the magicians “falsified”, while what came to them from God is called otherwise: “the truth” (10:77), “clear proofs” (20:72), “evidence” (17:102), “Signs” (20:56))(Allah knows best)

10:76 So when came to them the truth from Us, they said, "Indeed this is surely a clear magic." 10:77 Moses said, "Do you say about the truth when it has come to you? Is this magic? But magicians (will) not succeed."

20:72 They said, "We will never prefer you to what has come to us of the clear proofs, and the One Who created us. So decree whatever you are decreeing. You can decree only for this life of the world. 20:73 Indeed, we have believed in our Lord that He may forgive us our sins and what you compelled us on it of magic. And Allah is Best and Ever Lasting."

(There is distinction between “clear proofs” and “magic” in these Verses)(Allah knows best)

17:101 And We had certainly given Moses nine clear Signs, so ask the Children of Israel when he came to them, then Pharaoh said to him, "O Moses, indeed, I think you are bewitched." 17:102 He said, "Verily, you know none has sent down these except the Lord of the heavens and the earth as evidence, and indeed, O Pharaoh, I surely think you are destroyed."

20:56 And verily, We showed him Our Signs, all of them, but he denied and refused. 20:57 He said, "Have you come to us to drive us out of our land with your magic, O Moses? 20:58 Then we will surely produce for you magic like it. So make between us and you an appointment, we will not fail it nor you, at an even place."

(Only Pharaoh and his people wrongly called it “magic”, while, in Verse 20:56, it is called “Signs”, and, in Verse 10:76, it is called “the truth”, and, in verse 20:72, it is called “clear proofs”, and according to Verses 17:101-102, it is “clear Signs / evidence”)(Allah knows best)

10:81 Then when they (had) thrown, Moses said, "What you have brought [it] (is) the magic. Indeed, Allah will nullify it. Indeed, Allah (does) not amend the work (of) the corrupters.

(Moses rightly called what they brought “magic”)(Allah knows best)
