Where are the Jinn?

Where are the Jinn?

55:33 O assembly of jinn and men, if you are able to pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass. You cannot pass except by authority.

(Verse 55:33 is interpreted as a prediction of the exploration of space, so this Verse does not say that Jinn cannot get into space, as some non-Muslims wrongly say, but they can get into space by authority. The Verse is explicitly addressed to jinn and men)(Allah knows best)

37:6 Indeed, We adorned the nearest sky with an adornment of the stars. 37:7 And to guard against every rebellious devil, 37:8 they may not listen to the exalted assembly, (and) are pelted from every side, 37:9 Repelled; and for them is a perpetual punishment, 37:10 Except (him) who snatches by theft, but follows him a piercing burning flame.

(Verses 37:6-7 do not say that the Jinns cannot enter earth, as some non-Muslims say, but, Verse 37:9 says that the devils are repelled/expelled from the nearest sky, rather than from earth. On the other hand, Verse 55:33 says “jinn”, while Verse 37:7 says “devil”, so there cannot be contradiction anyhow. There are Jinns who are believers, so “rebellious devil” does not refer to all of them)(On another subject, an interpretation of Verses 37:6-10 is that the piercing burning flame refers to radiation (particles of the sun) from the stars, because outer space contains radiation in abundance, so it can pelt devils from every side, and it may also harm astronauts in outer space. Verse 37:10 says “piercing burning flame”; radiation can penetrate/pierce materials and travel through space)(Allah knows best)

72:1 Say, "It has been revealed to me that a group of jinn listened, and they said, "Indeed, we heard an amazing Qur’an, ... 72:6 And that there were men among mankind who sought refuge in men from the jinn, so they increased them in burden. ... 72:11 And that there are among us who are righteous and other than that. We are on different ways. … 72:14 And that among us are Muslims and among us are unjust. And whoever submits, then those have sought the right path.

(These verses confirm that not all jinns are rebellious devils)(Allah knows best)
