Is poisonous sea life edible?

Is poisonous sea life edible?

5:96 Is made lawful for you game of the sea and its food as provision for you and for travelers, and is made unlawful to you hunting on the land as long as you are in Ihram. And be conscious of Allah to Whom you will be gathered.

(This Verse says that the game of the sea is lawful, but according to the context, only the “good things” are made lawful for you (5:5 and 5:87-88), not the bad things)(The Verses of the Qur’an are not mutually exclusive but complement each other)(Allah knows best)

5:87 O you who believe, do not make unlawful good things, which Allah has made lawful for you, and do not transgress. Indeed, Allah does not love the transgressors. 5:88 And eat what Allah has provided for you – lawful, good. And fear Allah, the One you are believers in Him.

5:5 This day good things are made lawful for you; and the food of those who were given the Book is lawful for you, and your food is lawful for them. And chaste women from the believers and chaste women from those who were given the Book before you, when you have given them their bridal due, being chaste, not being lewd, nor ones (who are) taking secret lovers. And whoever denies the faith - then surely his deeds are wasted and in the Hereafter he will be among the losers.

7:157 Those who follow the Messenger, the unlettered Prophet, whom they find written with them in the Torah and the Gospel. He commands them to the right and forbids them from the wrong, and he makes lawful for them the pure things and makes unlawful for them the impure things (l-khabaitha) and he relieves them of their burden and the fetters which were upon them. So those who believe in him, and honor him, and help him and follow the light, which has been sent down with him, those are the successful ones."

(The root of “khabaitha” (impure things) is “Kh-Ba-Tha”, and it means “bad / abominable, malignant / noxious, impure / unclean / filthy, disapproved / unlawful / disagreeable, evil, etc.”)(Poisonous sea life is made unlawful in Verse 7:157 (“and makes unlawful for them the impure / malignant / noxious”), because poisonous sea life is malignant / noxious (= Kh-Ba-Tha))(The Verses of the Qur’an are not mutually exclusive but complement each other)(Allah knows best)

31:17 O my son, establish the prayer and enjoin [with] the right and forbid from the wrong (l-munkari), and be patient over what befalls you. Indeed, that (is) of the matters requiring determination.

(The root of “munkari” is “Nun-Kaf-Ra”, and it means “to dislike, disapprove with tongue or punishment, be hard, difficult, feel a repugnance towards, etc.”)(Allah knows best)
