When commanded Pharaoh the killing of the sons?

When commanded Pharaoh the killing of the sons?

7:138 And We led the Children of Israel across the sea. Then they came upon a people devoted to idols of theirs. They said, "O Moses, make for us a god as they have gods. He said, "Indeed, you are an ignorant people. ... 7:141 And when We saved you from the people of Pharaoh who were afflicting you with the worst torment, they were killing your sons and letting live your women. And in that was a great trial from your Lord.

(Verse 7:141 refers to the children of Israel, while Verse 40:25 refers to those who believe (e.g. magicians who were first on Pharaoh’s side), not only the Children of Israel, so they are different events)(The sentence “killing of the sons” does not mean that they decided to do it just once, but the total of times is not specified, and the Qur’an does not say that such practice ceased, so there is no contradiction. So, non-Muslims’ false statements against these Verses make no sense)(Allah knows best)

20:70 So the magicians fell down, prostrating. They said, "We believe in the Lord of Aaron and Moses."

40:23 And certainly, We sent Moses with Our Signs and a clear authority, 40:24 To Pharaoh, Haman and Qarun, but they said, "A magician, a liar." 40:25 Then when he brought to them the truth from Us, they said, "Kill the sons of those who believe with him, and let live their women." And the plot of the disbelievers is not but error.

(Pharaoh commanded to kill the sons of “those who believe” when Moses was an adult, and brought to them the truth from God (40:25))(According to Verses 28:4-9, they also did it in the past, when Moses was a baby. So, they are different events, or different moments of a practice that did not cease over (Pharaoh’s) time)(Allah knows best)

20:38 When We inspired to your mother that which is inspired, 20:39 "That cast him into the chest then cast it into the river, then let the river cast it onto the bank; he will be taken by an enemy to Me, and an enemy to him." And I cast over you love from Me, and that you may be brought up under My Eye.

28:4 Indeed, Pharaoh exalted himself in the land and made its people into sects, oppressing a group among them, slaughtering their sons and letting live their women. Indeed, he was of the corrupters. 28:5 And We wanted to bestow a favor upon those who were oppressed in the land and make them leaders and make them inheritors, 28:6 And establish them in the land and show Pharaoh and Haman and their hosts through them that which they were fearing. 28:7 And We inspired the mother of Moses that, "Suckle him, but when you fear for him, then cast him into the river and do not fear and do not grieve. Indeed, We will restore him to you and will make him of the Messengers." 28:8 Then the family of Pharaoh picked him up so that he might become an enemy and a grief for them. Indeed, Pharaoh and Haman and their hosts were sinners. 28:9 And the wife of Pharaoh said, "A comfort of the eye for me and for you; Do not kill him; perhaps he may benefit us, or we may take him as a son." And they did not perceive.

(According to Verses 28:4-9, they killed the sons when Moses was a baby, while in Verses 40:23-25, Moses was an adult. So, Pharaoh commanded it again because his policy did not change)(Allah knows best)
