Can those who are cursed be forgiven?

Can those who are cursed be forgiven?

2:159 Indeed, those who conceal the clear proofs We revealed, and the Guidance, after We made it clear for the people in the Book – they are cursed by Allah and cursed by those who curse. 2:160 Except those who repent and reform (themselves) and openly declare. Then from those, I will accept repentance, and I (am) the Acceptor of Repentance, the Most Merciful. 2:161 Indeed, those who disbelieve and die while they (were) disbelievers, upon them is the curse of Allah, and the Angels, and the mankind, all together. 2:162 (They will) abide in it forever. The punishment will not be lightened for them, nor will they be reprieved.

(Those who are cursed can be forgiven (2:160), if they repent and reform before they die (2:161))(Allah knows best)

24:23 Indeed, those who accuse chaste women, unaware women (and) believing women, are cursed in the world and the Hereafter. And for them is a great punishment.

24:4 And those who accuse chaste women, then they do not bring four witnesses, then flog them with eighty lashes and never accept their testimony. And those, they are the defiantly disobedient, 24:5 Except those who repent after that and reform. Then indeed, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

(Those who are cursed can be forgiven, If they repent after that and reform. This is confirmed by Verse 24:5 in which there is an exception to the matter mentioned in Verses 24:4 and 24:23)(In conclusion, the omission of this exception in Verse 24:23 does not mean that those who are cursed cannot be forgiven, because the Verses of the Qur’an complement each other. So, the ones mentioned in Verse 24:23 are to be punished because of their deed (accusing chaste women), unless they repent and reform)(Allah knows best)
