Does the sperm originate between the backbone and ribs?

Does the sperm originate between the backbone and ribs?

86:5 So let man see from what he is created. 86:6 He is created from a water (main), ejected (dafiqin), 86:7 Coming forth from between the backbone (l-sul’bi) and the ribs.

(This Verse uses the word “main” which means “water / liquid”, not “sperm / semen”. So, the Verse may refer to a stage previous to the production of sperm)(One interpretation is that it could refer to cells, because cells are “liquids” that behave like solids. Enzymes are proteins inside the cells. Quoting the article “semen” in wikipedia, “In humans, seminal fluid (semen) contains several components besides spermatozoa: proteolytic and other enzymes”. The proteolytic or protease enzyme is produced in the stomach, pancreas and small intestine; so, the Qur’an is in accordance with science because all three - the stomach, pancreas and small intestine are between the backbone and the ribs)(Another interpretation of the Verse - the kidneys are between the backbone and the ribs; and the kidneys regulate the water balance of the body. According to the article “kidney” in wikipedia, the kidney participates in whole-body homeostasis (this include the regulation of concentrations of sodium, calcium and glucose, which are present in semen), regulating extracellular fluid volume (extracellular fluid helps to control the movement of water throughout the body), etc.)(According to the article “Semen” by “britannica(dot)com”, “Fluids contributed by the seminal vesicles are approximately 60 percent of the total semen volume; these fluids contain fructose, amino acids, citric acid, phosphorus, potassium, and hormones known as prostaglandins. The prostate gland contributes about 30 percent of the seminal fluid; the constituents of its secretions are mainly citric acid, acid phosphatase, calcium, sodium, zinc, potassium, protein-splitting enzymes, and fibrolysin (an enzyme that reduces blood and tissue fibres). A small amount of fluid is secreted by the bulbourethral and urethral grands”)(In conclusion, these things, in cells/liquids, are not produced in the lower abdomen, and are present in semen. It is a fact that organs between the backbone and the ribs participate in elements found in semen (sodium, calcium, glucose…), and involved in the creation / reproduction, so, the Qur’an is scientifically correct)(Allah knows best)

4:23 Forbidden to you are your mothers, and your daughters, and your sisters, and your father's sisters, and your mother's sisters, and daughters of brothers, and daughters of sisters, and the mothers who nursed you, and your sisters from the nursing, and mothers of your wives, and your step daughters who are under your guardianship of your women you had relations with, but if you had not relations with them, then there is no sin on you. And wives of your sons who are from your loins (aslabikum), and that you gather together two sisters, except what has passed before. Indeed, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most-Merciful.

(“l-sul’bi” (backbone) is also translated as “loins”. The translations are not mutually exclusive, so “loins” would also involve the reproductive organs in the loins)(Allah knows best)

74:31 And We have not made the keepers of the Fire except Angels. And We have not made their number except (as) a trial for those who disbelieve – that those who were given the Scripture may be certain, and those who believe may increase in faith, and those who were given the Scripture and the believers may not doubt, and that those in whose hearts is a disease and the disbelievers may say "What does Allah intend by this example?" Thus Allah lets go astray whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And none knows the hosts of your Lord except Him. And it is not but a reminder to (the) human beings.

(The mention of that stage of creation (water/liquid) is not unscientific, because there is no mention of the word “nut’fat” (sperm and ovum fused, or male’s and female’s secretions), but Verse 86:6 says “water / liquid”)(Some non-Muslims use Verse 86:7 against Islam, but then they are against science too, because it is unscientific to ignore that the liquids in the organs between the backbone and the ribs are involved in the creation of man (e.g. creation of semen before fecundation). That location (backbone and ribs) is specified, so it is not “any” water or liquid, but the one processed inside your body)(Allah knows best)

53:45 And that He created the pairs, the male and the female 53:46 From a drop (nut’fatin) when it is emitted (tum’na).

(There is a distinction in the Qur’an between “water / liquid” which is “ejected / flowing”(dafiqin)(86:6), and “drop” (male’s and female’s secretions together) which is “emitted”(tum’na)(53:46 and 75:37). This would indicate that each word refers to a different stage. Verse 86:6 is previous to the production of sperm, while Verses 53:46 and 75:37 refer to a moment in which the sperm and ovum fuse)(Allah knows best)

71:14 And indeed, He created you in stages.

17:61 And when We said to the Angels, "Prostrate to Adam." So they prostrated except Iblees. He said, "Shall I prostrate to (one) whom You created from clay?"

(Another point is that Verse 86:6 uses the word “created”. Verse 17:61 confirms that the word “create” does not necessary imply sexual reproduction or that the sperm and ovum fused, but it can be a previous stage, because, for example, “created from clay” is used for Adam, the first human, while there was no sexual reproduction. And also “created” does not imply that mankind was not created of other things (e.g. water, dust, clay), because the Verses of the Qur’an are not mutually exclusive)(Allah knows best)

3:59 Indeed, the likeness of Jesus with Allah is like the likeness of Adam. He created him from dust; then He said to him, "Be," and he was.

15:26 And verily, We created humankind (out) of sounding clay from altered black mud.

25:54 And He is the One Who has created from water human being and has made for him blood relationship and marriage relationship. And your Lord is All-Powerful.
