Was the “Old Testament” only for the Children of Israel?

Was the “Old Testament” only for the Children of Israel?

3:93 All food was lawful for the Children of Israel except what Israel made unlawful to himself before the Torah was revealed. Say, "So bring the Torah and recite it, if you are truthful."

32:23 And certainly We gave Moses the Scripture, so do not be in doubt about receiving it. And We made it a guide for the Children of Israel.

5:44 Indeed, We revealed the Torah wherein was Guidance and light. The Prophets who submitted judged by it for the Jews, as did the Rabbis and the scholars as they were entrusted with the Book of Allah and they were witnesses to it. So do not fear the people but fear Me, and do not sell My Verses for a little price. And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, then those are the disbelievers.

5:78 Those who disbelieved from the Children of Israel were cursed by the tongue of David and Jesus, son of Mary, because they disobeyed and they used to transgress.

17:55 And your Lord is most knowing of whoever is in the heavens and the earth. And verily, We have preferred some of the Prophets to others. And We gave David Zaboor (the Book).

2:246 Did you not see the chiefs of the Children of Israel after Moses, when they said to their Prophet, "Appoint for us a king, that we may fight in the way of Allah?" He said, "Would you perhaps not fight if it was prescribed upon you?" They said, "And why should we not fight in the way of Allah while surely we have been driven out from our homes and our children?" Yet, when fighting was prescribed upon them they turned away, except a few among them. And Allah is All-Knowing of the wrongdoers. … 2:251 So they defeated them by permission of Allah , and David killed Goliath, and Allah gave him the kingdom and the wisdom and taught him from that which He willed. And if it were not for the repelling by Allah, [the] people - some of them with others, the earth would have certainly been corrupted, [and] but Allah is Possessor of bounty to the worlds.
