60:8 Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you in the religion and do not drive you out of your homes, that you deal kindly and justly with them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly.

(According to United Nations, “human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, regardless of race, sex, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, or any other status. Human rights include the right to life and liberty, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression, the right to work and education, and many more. Everyone is entitled to there rights, without discrimination”)(According to United Nations’ definition, then there are human rights in Islam)(Allah knows best)

76:8 And they feed (with) the food in spite of love (for) it (to the) needy, and (the) orphan and (the) captive,

(The captives have rights in Islam; they are to be fed (76:8))(Allah knows best)

19:16 And mention in the Book Mary, when she withdrew from her family to an eastern place. ... 19:22 So she conceived him, and she withdrew with him to a remote place.

(The borders (and also countries, flags, etc.) are man-made, so mankind was deprived of their right to move freely anywhere on Earth)(It also implies division among people. Verse 3:105 of the Qur’an says, “And do not be like those who became divided and differed after the clear proofs came to them. And they will have a great punishment.”. Verse 22:25 says, “Al-Masjid Al-Haraam, which We made [it] for [the] mankind, equal (are) the resident therein and the visitor”)(Some non-Muslims discriminate against people. They prefer the ones like them or who follow their religion, while in Islam you have to treat everyone justly (4:135, 5:8, 60:8))(Some non-Muslims do not want people to enter their country for evil reasons – racism, stinginess, xenophobia, etc, while foreigners might benefit you, and your fellow citizens might harm you)(We were created from a single soul (7:189), and we are all descendants of Adam (7:11))(Many non-Muslims do not follow the Scripture, but they follow man-made laws which are evil and unjust)(Allah knows best)

4:97 Indeed, those whom the Angels take (while) they were wronging themselves - they say, "In what (condition) were you?" They said, "We were oppressed in the earth.” They said, "Was not the earth of Allah spacious (enough) so that you (could) emigrate in it?" Then those (will have) their abode in Hell – and it is an evil destination.

28:4 Indeed, Pharaoh exalted himself in the land and made its people into sects, oppressing a group among them, slaughtering their sons and letting live their women. Indeed, he was of the corrupters.

8:39 And fight them until there is no oppression and the religion is all of it for Allah. But if they cease, then indeed, Allah is All-Seer of what they do.

(Verses 8:39 and 2:193 are not about compulsion in religion. Compulsion in religion is forbidden (2:256); so the Verse is in the context of Muslims being oppressed, and self-defense, because the Verse explicitly says “until there is no oppression” and “if they cease”; so Muslims fight against oppression, in order to overcome the oppressors / the oppression, and the religion becomes for Allah, so that Muslims can practice their religion)(Allah knows best)

49:13 O mankind, indeed, We created you from a male and a female and We made you nations and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you near Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is All-Knower, All-Aware.

(There is no racism in Islam. On the other hand, there are many racists and xenophobic people among the non-Muslims)(Western countries, instead of forbidding racism and xenophobia, they reinforce it in many ways: for example, in movies, politics, etc.)(Allah knows best)

2:177 It is not righteousness that you turn your faces towards the east and the west but righteous is he who believes in Allah , the Last Day, the Angels, the Book, and the Prophets and gives wealth in spite of love for it to the near relatives, the orphans, the needy, the wayfarer, and those who ask, and in freeing the necks (slaves); and who establish prayer and give zakah and those who fulfill their covenant when they make it; and those who are patient in suffering, hardship, and periods of stress. Those are the ones who are true and it is those who are the righteous.

(In regard to slavery, the Qur’an does not encourage slavery (2:177). In regard to Christianity and Judaism, in Leviticus 25:44-46, “Your male and female slaves are to come from the nations around you; from them you may buy slaves. You may also buy some of the temporary residents living among you and members of their clans born in your country, and they will become your property. You can bequeath them to your children as inherited property and can make them slaves for life, but you must not rule over your fellow Israelites ruthlessly.”. And according to Ephesians 6:5, “Slaves, obey your earthly masters with respect and fear, and with sincerity of heart, just as you would obey Christ.”; and according to 1 Peter 2:18, “Slaves, in reverent fear of God submit yourselves to your masters, not only to those who are good and considerate, but also to those who are cruel / unjust”)(So, slavery is allowed in Judaism and Christianity)(Allah knows best)

4:19 O you who believe, it is not lawful for you to inherit women by force. And do not constraint them in order to take part of what you have given them unless they commit a clear immorality. And live with them in kindness. For if you dislike them - perhaps you dislike a thing and Allah has placed much good in it.

(In Judaism and Christianity, according to Genesis 38:8, women must have relations with her husband’s brother, while in Islam women have no obligation or cannot be forced to have relations, nor is inherit women by force (4:19))(Women can divorce in Islam (2:227), but they cannot divorce in Christianity (Matthew 5:32). So, she could be oppressed or abused (e.g. raped) by her husband)(In Judaism and Christianity, in Deuteronomy 22:28-29, if a man rapes a girl, he must marry her forever and can never divorce. So, this could rather punish the victim, and the rapist would go unpunished. According to Numbers 31:17-18, “Now kill all the boys. And kill every woman who has slept with a man, but save for yourselves every girl who has never slept with a man”. This verse is in a context of slavery “save for yourselves”, and in a context of sex, because they take the virgin ones for themselves)(In Islam, sex slaves are forbidden. 29:8 And We have enjoined upon man goodness to his parents, but if they both strive against you to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, then do not obey both of them. To Me is your return, and I will inform you about what you used to do.

(In Judaism and Christianity, even the children could be oppressed and killed by the parents; according to Deuteronomy 21:18-20, “If someone has a stubborn and rebellious son who does not obey his father and mother and will not listen to them when they discipline him, his father and mother shall take hold of him and bring him to the elders at the gate of his town. They shall say to the elders, “This son of ours is stubborn and rebellious. He will not obey us. He is a glutton and a drunkard.”. Then all the men of his town are to stone him to death. You must purge the evil from among you. All Israel will hear of it and be afraid.”)(Allah knows best)

5:38 And for the male thief and the female thief - cut off their hands as a recompense for what they earned as an exemplary (punishment) (nakalan) from Allah. And Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise. 5:39 But whoever repented after his wrongdoing and reforms, then indeed, Allah will turn to him in forgiveness. Indeed, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

(In regard to mutilation, in Islam, there is a punishment for the thieves, but if they repent and reform, Allah will turn to him in forgiveness (5:39))(The root of “nakalan” is “Nun-Kaf-Lam”, and it means “desist; prevent; any punishment serving to give warning to others than the sufferer or that restrains the offender from repeating the offense”. It can be understood as an example to avoid or a deterrence)(In regard to Judaism and Christianity, in Deuteronomy 25:11-12, the context is that woman is punished by cutting off her hand if she seizes in self-defense the private parts of someone who is not her husband)(The punishment for the thieves is severe in Islam, but it has to be done and is much needed, because stealing is a severe problem. Some non-Muslim countries make laws that seem to protect/support the criminals or the punishment is too light in grave matters, so that the criminal might commit the crime again and again, and goes unpunished, or not being severe against those who lead people to death (smokers, those who did not want to wear a mask against coronavirus, polluters, etc))(Allah knows best)

2:190 And fight in the way of Allah those who fight you, and do not transgress. Indeed, Allah does not like the transgressors.

(In Islam, fighting is in self-defense and against oppression. On the other hand, the world should be concerted that the Jewish Bible tells in 1 Samuel 15:3 about putting to death women, children, babies, cattle, etc; and in Ezekiel 9:5-6 there is killing of old men, women, mothers and children; while it is not about self-defense. As a result of their scripture, they use it as an excuse to kill and expel Palestinians from their homes. And if they were to gain dominance against Christians, they would kill Christians as well. Jews massacred Christians in the past (e.g. in AD 524 the Yemeni Jewish Himyar tribe, led by King Yusuf Dhu Nuwas, massacred more than 22,000 Christians). It was alleged that the Talmud contained slanderous references to Jesus and Mary, etc)(Many non-Jewish kill/ed people without right (e.g. Hitler, Putin), and their acts are supported by such a (corrupted) Bible. 5:32 From that time, We ordained on the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul other than for a soul or for spreading corruption in the earth, then it is as if he has killed the whole mankind, and whoever saves it then it is as if he has saved the whole mankind. And surely Our Messengers came to them with clear Signs, yet after that, indeed, many of them surely commit excesses in the earth.

(In Islam, “one single life” is important (5:32). Many non-Muslims do little or nothing for people’s lives; for example, the pollution in cities kills millions people per year, or the nuclear power stations could kill workers or people living around, but they would not dismantle it for one or few persons, or, in United States, the gun violence results in tens of thousands of deaths annually, or smoking kills slowly to smokers and the people around smokers, etc; and historically, USA killed civilians (women and children) in Hiroshima and Nagasaki; communist regimes are atheists and killed more than 140 million people; Christians/atheists’ policies in regard to coronavirus made more people die, because they wanted to save the economy instead of people, non-Muslims go to war for evil reasons (racism, oil, colonialism, territory, stealing, etc.), etc. Some non-Muslims blame Islam and Muslims as the cause of their problems, while they are themselves the problem)(Allah knows best)

3:135 And those when they did immorality or wronged themselves - they remember Allah then ask forgiveness for their sins - and who can forgive the sins except Allah? And they do not persist in what they did while they know.

(In Christianity and Judaism, there is honor killing, the adulterers are “to be put to death” (Leviticus 20:10-11); and also anyone who curses their parents is to be put to death (Exodus 21:17, Leviticus 20:9); and a priest’s daughter must be burned to death if she defiles herself (Leviticus 21:9); and those who has sexual relations with an animal are to be put to death (Leviticus 20:15); “if a man has sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They are to be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads” (Leviticus 20:13); “Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men” (1 Corinthians 6:9); “Do not have sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman; that is detestable” (Leviticus 18:22))(There is no honor killing in Islam. In regard to homosexuals, one interpretation of Verse 4:15 is that they are not sentenced to death, so, “until death comes to them” indicates that they are confined forever, unless they repent and correct themselves in order to get a way out (4:16). In regard to adulterers or fornicators (male and female), they are not sentenced to death or stoning, but to lashes (24:2))(Allah knows best)

4:6 And test the orphans until they reach marriage. Then if you perceive in them sound judgment, deliver their wealth to them. And do not consume it excessively and quickly, that they will grow up. And whoever is self-sufficient should refrain; and whoever is poor - let him consume in a fair manner. Then when you deliver their wealth to them, bring witnesses upon them. And sufficient is Allah as Reckoner.

(In regard to pedophilia or child marriages, according to the Qur’an, “reaching (age of) marriage” and “accessing the wealth” are related to each other in the Qur’an (4:6), so the Qur’an implicitly says that the “(age of) marriage” is in “maturity”, because “maturity” is directly related to “accessing the wealth” (6:152), and to “full strength, wisdom and knowledge” (28:14) and to getting “wisdom and knowledge” (12:22). And getting “their wealth” (4:6) and having “sound judgment” is directly related to “reaching (age of) marriage” (4:6), so “maturity” is implicitly related to “(age of) marriage”. In addition, “maturity” is differentiated from “child” in Verse 40:67. So, the Qur’an does not support pedophilia or child marriages at all)(In regard to Christian/atheist countries, according to the article in wikipedia “list of pedophile and pederast advocacy organizations”, there are pedophile organizations in Australia (2), Belgium (5), Canada (2), Denmark (1), France (1), Germany (15), Italy (1), Netherlands (4), Norway (2), Switzerland (1), United Kingdom (2), and United States (5); and also an international organization which had members in 20 countries. This organization uses English, French, German and Spanish as its languages. There are many other groups, not included in the list, which discuss and support the pedophile activism (e.g. “Christian boy love” group, etc.). 2:35 And We said, "O Adam, dwell you and your spouse in Paradise, and (you both) eat freely from wherever you (both) wish. But do not (you two) approach this tree, lest you (both) be of the wrongdoers." 2:36 Then Satan made (both of) them slip out of it, and he got (both of) them out from that in which they (both) were. And We said, "Go down (all of you), as enemies to one another; and on the earth, for you is a dwelling place and a provision for a period."

19:17 Then she took a screen (hijaban) from them. Then We sent to her Our Spirit, then he appeared to her in the likeness of a well-proportioned man.

(Some non-Muslims try to oppress/deny Muslim women’s right to wear the veil/hijab, while the veil is modesty (24:31) and protection of women (33:59), and Mary also wore it (19:16). There are no objections in the Torah on using veil/hijab (Genesis 24:65, Genesis 38:14-15). Women is obligated to wear veil/hijab in the New Testament (1 Corinthians 11:5-7))(Allah knows best)

2:120 And the Jews and the Christians will never be pleased with you until you follow their religion. Say, "Indeed, the Guidance of Allah is the Guidance." And if you follow their desires after what has come to you of the knowledge, you will have neither any protector from Allah nor any helper.

(There is no freedom of religion in non-Muslim countries, because they try to change people’s beliefs. For that purpose, non-Muslims use tv, internet, school, books, movies. etc. They tell lies about Islam with the purpose of making Muslims leave Islam or trying to prevent people from becoming Muslims. They use the man-made concept “freedom of speech” as a cover, to tell lies about Islam, while that which some non-Muslims invent about Islam should be called “defamation, falsehood,...”. 2:256 There is no compulsion in the religion. Surely the right course has become clear from the wrong. So whoever disbelieves in false deities and believes in Allah has grasped the firm handhold with no break in it. And Allah is Hearing and Knowing.

6:108 And do not insult those whom they invoke other than Allah, lest they insult Allah in enmity without knowledge. Thus We have made fair-seeming to every community their deed. Then to their Lord is their return, then He will inform them about what they used to do.

(Many non-Muslims make some words into pejorative meanings or terms. For example, “islamist, islamic extremist, jihadist, muhammadans, muhammadanism, etc.”, in order to attack Islam (E.g. they use the word “muhammadans” instead of “Muslim /Submitter (to God)” because “muhammadans” imply that Islam is from Muhammad, not from God, or that Muslims are devoted to Muhammad, just as Christians are devoted to Jesus, but Muhammad only followed what was revealed to him by God (7:203)). Muslims do not use pejorative meanings against non-Muslims, because there are good manners in Islam. And the worse name or title you can call someone is “non-Muslim, disbeliever, hypocrite, etc.” which is what they are)(Allah knows best)

33:32 O wives of the Prophet, you are not like anyone among women. If you fear, then do not be soft in speech, lest he, in whose heart is a disease, should be moved with desire, but say an appropriate word. ... 33:34 And remember what is recited in your houses of the Verses of Allah and the wisdom. Indeed, Allah is All-Subtle, All-Aware.

(Women are allowed to learn the Qur’an (33:34). It also implies to have knowledge in different fields (astronomy, biology, geology, etc.). So, it implies that women are allowed to receive education. On the other hand, in Judaism, the Talmud says, “women are exempt from the study of the Torah”. So, the rabbis would be preventing women from salvation)(Allah knows best)

3:79 It is not for any human to whom Allah has given the Book, and the wisdom, and Prophethood to say to the people, "Be my worshipers besides Allah,” but "Be worshipers of the Lord because you have been teaching the Book and you have been studying."

(Verse 3:79 confirms that women can receive education, because it says “any human” (male or female), so they could have the Book, and the wisdom; and the Verse also says, “you have been teaching the Book and you have been studying”)(Allah knows best)

27:23 Indeed, I found a woman ruling them, and she has been given everything, and she has a great throne.

(There are no objections in the Qur’an on a woman ruling (27:23). On the other hand, in the Bible, according to 1 Timothy 2: 11-15, women are not allowed to have any authority over men)(See also the article below “Do non-Muslims oppress women?”)(Allah knows best)

4:46 Among the Jews are those who distort words from their places and they say, "We hear and disobey" and "Hear but be not heard” and "Raina", twisting their tongues and defaming the religion. And if they had said, "We hear and obey" and "Hear and look at us”, it would surely have been better for them and more suitable. [And] but Allah cursed them for their disbelief, so they believe not, except for a few.

(In regard to freedom of opinion and expression, it is a controversial matter, because that which people call “freedom of speech” could be just slander or defamation, so it has to be called “defamation”, not “freedom of speech”, because people could use the wrong name as a cover, because “freedom of speech” sounds good to the masses, but if it is defamation, it should be penalized)(There are matters about Islam in which Muslims and non-Muslims disagree, but it is our religion, not theirs. E.g., they could object that the veil oppress women, while the veil is modesty, and whether she is a Christian nun or a Muslim woman, it is their right to wear it, lest you oppress them. So, in this example, the so called freedom of speech could oppress people or go against people’s rights)(It is not only about Muslims / Islam, even non-Muslims have to restrict and sometimes forbid “freedom of speech”, because they are victims of what they invent)(Allah knows best)

4:5 And do not give the foolish your wealth, which Allah made a means of support for you, but provide for them with it and clothe them and speak to them words of kindness.

(The weak-minded people are to be clothed and treated with kindness (4:5))(In regard to Judaism and Christianity, disabled people are socially excluded in the Hebrew Bible: in Deuteronomy 23:1: “no one who has been emasculated by crushing or cutting may enter the assembly of the Lord”; Leviticus 21:17 says “for the generations to come none of your descendants who has a (physical) defect may come near to offer the food of his God”; Leviticus 21:18, “no man who has any defect may come near: no man who is blind or lame, disfigured or deformed”; Leviticus 21:19, “no man with a crippled foot or hand”; Leviticus 21:20, “or who is a hunchback or a dwarf, or who has any eye defect, or who has festering or running sores or damaged testicles”; Leviticus 21:21, “no descendant of Aaron the priest who has any defect is to come near to present the food offerings to the Lord. He has a defect; he must not come near to offer the food of his God”; Leviticus 21:23, “yet because of his (physical) defect, he must not go near the curtain or approach the altar, and so desecrate my sanctuary. I am the Lord, who makes them holy”)(The world should be concerned that such verses in Judaism might inspire evil ideas to people, who might make the Hebrew Bible an excuse and their inspiration, in order to commit evil deeds. For example, in Germany, their sacred book is the Bible; the (German) Nazi ideology killed approximately 300,000 disabled people)(Allah knows best)
